Yes, breaking news, you don't have to be a woman to try to slow down the aging process regarding one's looks. I ran across red light therapy randomly while online, and decided to do some research. WebMD has excellent information on red light therapy. Apparently, this type of therapy is good for all kinds of things, (just do some online research if interested), but I'll just keep it to the face and neck for the purposes of this review. This unit came in an easy to open box, nothing to assemble, and a straightforward simple manual. There are several different modes, and explanation on what benefits they provide. There are also pictures that illustrate how to use for different areas of your face and neck. I prefer the heated red light. This is a light heated massaging technique that is very pleasing. I've seen a review where they are going downward on their neck. That seems to be wrong to me. I would recommend that you go upwards in your motions, as we want to fight the effects of gravity. So far, I am pleased with the unit. It is straightforward, simple to use, inexpensive, feels like it is doing something, feels pleasant, only takes a few minutes, and I actually feel like I am getting some anti-aging benefits from it. This is going to become a daily part of my routine maintenance, and I recommend the product.

Super easy to use, does not irritate skin, charge lasts a while. I find myself using the purple light for lymphatic drainage more than anything, waking up puffy after a night out or during pregnancy, so I feel more like myself. I love this. Great quality and price. Would be a great gift too!
